GYUG-001 series UV gas analyzer

The instrument is a gas analyzer independently developed by our company for environmental monitoring and industrial field exhaust online gas analysis. The analyzer is mainly intended to measure concentrations of gases such as SO2, NOx and O2, and has the characteristics of high measurement accuracy, high stability and reliability, and short response time.

Product Features

    • SO2 and NOx are measured using UV DOAS. Compared with traditional NDIR, the measurement accuracy is theoretically immune to light attenuation caused by background gases, and there is substantially no zero shift.
    • High-resolution spectrometer is used for spectral analysis, and the spectrometer is specifically optimized for flue gas analysis.
    • The instrument has high-precision temperature control and good environmental adaptability.
    • The light source adopts deuterium lamp with high stability and the instrument has good stability.
    • There are no optical moving parts such as cut-light wheels, filter wheels, interferometers, etc., and reliability is high.
    • Modular design is employed for light source, spectrometer, core circuit, gas chamber, oxygen sensor, etc., and high reliability, good scalability and easy maintenance are realized.

  • Continuous emission monitoring CEMS (analysis of SO2, NOx, O2)
  • Desulfurization process monitoring (analysis of SO2, O2)
  • Denitrification process monitoring (analysis of NOx, NH3, O2)
  • Continuous waste incineration flue gas emission monitoring (analysis of SO2, NOx, O2)
  • Atmosphere online monitoring (analysis of SO2, NOx, O2), etc.
